Education presentation, DARE classes.

Vehicle on side of road, helped push stuck motorist off the shoulder due to snow, E 8th Ave/E Main.

Warrant-other jurisdiction, drugs 5th degree possession, hasn't resided in Osakis for several years, possible location is Todd or Crow Wing County, W Pike.

Locked public works shop after fuel delivery, W Nokomis.

February 22

Six warnings for on-street parking after midnight.

Warning for headlight out and wrong address on DL, Central Ave/E Nokomis.

Welfare check, comp stated person left drunk, worried about him, located person at a friend's and he is OK, W Nokomis.

Request for welfare check from comp, E 8th Ave.

Animal complaint, report that loose dog attacked another dog, dog got loose and ran the neighborhood, contacted person and warned about loose dog, she was able to capture it shortly after, no dog attack, simply trespassed, warning issued, E Nestor.

Motorist assist, found vehicle stalled at 4-way stop, with owner consent used squad to push vehicle to owner's residence on Lake, E Nokomis/Hwy 27.

Alarm, cleaning person set off alarm and reset it, Central Ave.

February 23

Suspicious activity, footprints around houses, prints lead to ballfield and west to road, size and tread were indiscernible, W Pike.

Medical, 86 year old female went unresponsive during therapy, transported, W Main.

Welfare check, person called clinic but no one could understand him, doctor stated last time he was seen he had family issues, referred to another agency for follow-up, listened to person, stated not suicidal and made an appointment for that day.

Comp from crisis center received a call from person's wife who stated that he got upset and left the house with his meds.

Woman stuck in snow with motorized wheelchair, E Nokomis/E Pike.

Public assist, E 1st Ave/E Lake.

Vehicle in ditch with flashers on, assisted with lights, Calvary Rd/CR 82.

February 25

Vehicle towed and citation issued for parking on-street after midnight, snow removal, Central Ave/Nokomis.

Nuisance Violation, person driving go-carts in street, asked to stop, stated they would, W Main.

Warning for speed, E 1st Ave/E Rush.

Warning for tint and light bar with no cover, Calvary Rd/CR 82.

February 26

Opened Community Center, E Nokomis.

Welfare check, person requested check on another person as she has not heard from her in 4 weeks, all OK, just no phone now, E 2nd Ave.

Comp stated that she is moving and the property owner is being aggressive with text and phone calls as well as stopping by and coming in, stated there has been no eviction notice, she was told that her next conversation should include that she spoke with the police, W Main.

Door checks, Central Ave/Main.

Suspicious activity, vehicle was still there, made contact with owners, they were painting and would leave soon, Central Ave.

Comp stated vehicle broke down by bowling alley, will get it moved in morning, not a hazard, E Main/E 1st Ave.

February 27

Assist Todd County on welfare check, spoke with person due to family having concerns over recent breakup, she denied thoughts of hurting herself.

Public assist, W Main.

Driving complaint, silver Kia all over the road, unable to locate, CR 2/CR 82.

Juvenile trouble, Snapchat video of juvenile smoking, W Nokomis.

Opened center for Cub Scouts.

Checked on vehicle stopped on side of road, I-94/Hwy 27.

Suicide threats, comp made comments to his sister about ending his life, made contact, no thoughts of ending his life.

Warning for headlight out, W 1st Ave/W Oak.

Warning for no headlight, driver just hit deer, W 3rd Ave/W Nokomis.
