Driving complaint, dark blue Ford sedan and white truck racing toward Osakis, met both vehicles entering town, stopped vehicle 1 and driver advised truck was tailgating her, warned about window tint, spoke with truck driver at Gas Mart, warned for driving conduct and window tint, CR 31/ CR 82.

Warning for speed, W 8th Ave/ W Nokomis.

Assist other agency, intoxicated male driving gray Ford truck, headed south on S Broadway, watched interstate, UTL, Alexandria.

February 8

Warning for over fog line twice, N 6th Ave/ W Nokomis.

Vehicle unlock, vehicle in shop, W Main.

Property damage hit and run, someone drove into stop sign and drove off, found vehicle, unable to locate driver, left notice to call OPD, driver stopped by office, W Main.

Medical, routine transport to ER for 82-year-old male for psych consult, W Main.

February 9

Warning for on-street parking after midnight, E Nokomis.

Business check, Hwy 27.

Noticed vehicle running for almost an hour in driveway, entered house after knocking repeatedly, resident had fallen asleep on couch and forgot the vehicle running, E Nokomis.

Gas drive-off, took place on Feb 5th but video was not able to be retrieved until today, per clerk and other person it was not intentional but confusion with bad card reader, driver was contacted and will stop in to pay, W Nokomis.

Transported juvenile to ER for evaluation, E 1st Ave.

Medical, elderly female, non-emergency transport to hospital, N 6th Ave.

Warning for headlight, CR 10/ CR 3.

Medical, male short of breath and heart failure, transported, W Queen.

False alarm, entry door, E 8th Ave.

Fraud, caller said son gave out personal info and purchased gift cards for phone scam, info will be sent to other departments about scam, E Lake.

Person wanted to talk to chief of police about social media post about the department, refused to give any info to dispatch and then hung up, E Nokomis.

Warning for stop sign violation, E 1st Ave/ E Nokomis.

February 11

Public assist, E Nokomis.

Anonymous complaint of underage drinking at party, very loud and approx 20 or more people there, E Pike.

Warning for no front license plate, N 6th Ave/ W Nokomis.

Lost dog, large reddish golden retriever, answers to Caesar, W Oak.

Medical, 81-year-old female with respiratory distress, transported, W Main.

February 12

Medical, male passed out, has kidney infection, assisted, transported, W Oak.

Parking complaint, warning for parking vehicle too close to fire hydrant, Queen.

Assist other agency, comp is general contractor, they let a subcontractor go on Friday, has been a pickup sitting on the highway for long periods of time, it leaves and then comes back again, happened all day, Hwy 27.

Opened for BSA meeting, Community Center.

Checked downtown doors, Central/ Main.

February 13

Property exchange, W Nokomis.

Warrant issued for violating conditions related to 5th degree controlled substance crime, petty misdemeanor, possess drug paraphernalia, turned himself in at jail, W 7th Ave, Alexandria.

Delivered planning and zoning packets, E Nokomis.

Assist other agency with theft, E 8th Ave.

Report of owl in road, unknown if alive, W 1st Ave/ W Nokomis.
